General
| 1. How do I search for my event? | Top |
| | You can find you event using two different methods. First, you search using event name. At www.myphotographer.com, on the bottom right hand side, under the search title "Find Your Event Photos", enter the event name to search. You may also search by location of the event. A list of all events in that location or date will appear for you to select. 2nd method- you may search your event by going through your photogrpaher's website. At www.myphotographer.com, on the bottom left hand corner, under the title "Find a Photographer", enter the name or company name of your photographer. A list of photographers will appear. Look for your photographer and click on the link to his/her website. At the homepage, unders the "Event" tab, you can find your event there. |
| 2. Why do I need a password for my event | Top |
| | Requiring a password is an option the photographer chose to protect the event. To receive the access code, you must contact the photographer via phone or by emailing. At the button ?Request Access To This Event?, enter your email address and your name. The photographer will reply promptly via email. |
| | It is a feature we provide for you to select and keep your favorite images in an event into a file. You can share the album with family members and friends by sending them a link to your album. |
| 4. Can anyone access my album?

| | Yes and no. If you set your album as a public album, anyone can access it. However, if you want only a specific group of people to access it, you can set as a private album and you will have total control over who can view it. |
| 5. How do I change privacy mode of my album? | Top |
| | You may do so by logging into your account. From ?My Account? scroll down and click on ?My Album.? At your album page, click on ?Select an Action? button and scroll down to ?Make Private.? The changes will take place immediately. |

| | No. You can search for an event by entering the event name given by the photographer. Enter it at the ?Find Your Event Photos? field at the bottom right hand side of myphotogrpaher.com site or click here. You can also find your event by entering the event date locating beneath the event title or by entering the photographer name on the left hand side of the homepage, at Find A Photographer search option. |
| 2. Are there any charges to set up an account? | Top |
| | No, there are no charges related to setting up an account. In additions, there many benefits having an account at myphotographer.com. You can create and save images to your albums, email and share the event with friends and family members. You in turn, offer them the ability to order a wide range of available products from high quality prints to fun stuff. You have an unlimited amount of space to keep these memories and the ability to update them as you go. |

| | No problem! Click on the “Sign In” button at myphotographer.com. Then, click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address. Be sure to type your email correctly. Our system will verify and send your password to the email address from your customer profile only |

| | Your images will be in your shopping cart until you purchase them or delete them. There is no time limits.

| | Click Image Lab process orders quickly and promptly. Therefore, you can make changes to your order before you submit it only.

| | Our lab uses the Fujicolor Crystal Archive
Paper. The paper surface comes in: Glossy -- Matte -- Lustré.
Our Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper is used only with Fuji Hunt chemicals and Fuji Frontier printers which give us absolute control over the quality of your prints and help ensure they last a lifetime.

| | If Clickimage Lab processes your order, we accept Visa , Master Card and Pay Pal. If your photographer processes your order, he/she will indicate the payment methods accepted.

| | To see your order status, you must log into your account. At the navigation bar on top of the page, hover over “My Account” to “Order Status.” then click on “My Orders.” A list of all orders and the status will be at this page. You can view the invoice and status by clicking on the order number.

| | Click Images Labs fulfillment process guarantee your total satisfaction. We will replace the item purchased if any damages occur during delivery or due to photo processing. If your order is process by your photographer, he/she will set the return policy. As you check out during the on line purchasing, you will see the return policy before you submit your order.
